At Optimum Performance Basketball (OPB), our mission revolves around Tony Wilson’s philosophy of bringing out the best in every player. Throughout summer camp, he prioritizes nurturing individual successes and uncovering newfound strengths in each participant. Whether it’s honing their shooting technique or refining their defensive skills, he ensures that every player is equipped to reach for the next level of their performance.

Summer Camp Session 1: June 10-July 3 Monday-Thursday

From fundamental training to advanced basketball skills, Tony Wilson Optimum Performance offers a variety of training options for youth through college level athletes. Workouts focus on learning proper form and technique, including shooting off the pass and dribble fundamentals, and other advanced skills. Tony is pleased to travel to your site from his base in the Twin Cities of Minnesota for specialized basketball training camps.

Tony Wilson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over 25 years of experience, specializing in strength and conditioning, endurance and stamina, stabilization and balance, core and plyometrics.

Tony creates customized, integrated, dynamic, and balanced fitness profiles for each of his clients, incorporating diet and nutrition information and guidelines to provide a 360 degree approach to their sports and fitness goals. He is deeply committed to enabling his clients to transform their health and to increase their endurance and physical stamina.
