Our youth-college one-on-one training program provides a personalized 360-degree approach to your game. By assessing and improving the fundamentals, you imprint new muscle memory, making everything you do on the court become second nature. These core fundamentals are combined with advanced drills, creating space between yourself and a defender and quick reactions to a variety of scenarios.
Additionally, the advanced shooting techniques ensure you can be confident taking your shots from a variety of positions and under high-pressure conditions, including shooting off the triple threat, off the pass and off the dribble.
